Description

The new portable 3D scanning solution #HandsOnMetrology and ZEISS present the new portable 3D scanner T-SCAN HAWK 2, a power tool for scanning in many positions and locations: it is lightweight and offers a high level of metrological accuracy. It is very easy to use, with four buttons to start the workflow and move through it, without running separate software on a PC. As a laser 3D scanner, working distance is easy to set using a red laser guide that helps you adjust for the best scans. The scanner also offers ZEISS’s new satellite mode, so classic photogrammetry with coded targets is no longer required: this new capability allows scanning over several meters.
