How it works Four critical parts of the P3 process enable high performance, production-grade part quality, and demanding materials. Light: Programmable light drives an exothermic reaction that forms layers with outstanding resolution, accuracy, and dose control. Environmental stability: Temperature-controlled printing reduces warpage and shrinkage while enabling advanced materials such as fire-resistant grades. Pneumatic separation: A precisely timed separation procedure lowers peel forces for molded-like surface quality and ultra-fine features—including textures or large surface areas such as molds. Motion: Precise printer motion delivers a repeatable, fast, accurate workflow across a wide range of geometries and high-performance materials. Green strength: High polymerization conversion supports faster print times, extreme geometries, and dense build nesting.
